Job Description:
As part of the concrete crew, the Boom Truck Operator/Wall Setter will operate the Boom Crane to assist placing wall forms, rebar, and other materials from 0-60 feet. Other responsibilities will include setting wall forms and footings as well as additional concrete work. Additionally, performing general crane maintenance and keeping accurate records are required. Experience operating a boom truck is necessary, however for the right candidate, we are willing to train the concrete skills!!
Minimum Skills / Education Required
3-4 years experience as a Boom Truck Crane Operator
Crane Certification is a plus
Good carpentry skills are a plus
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Must learn to work safely at all times, proficiently set wall forms & use all hand tools of the trade
Ability to do high quality work at a fast pace
Must be dependable and willing to work long hours & Saturdays
A strong work ethic is part of the Marriott culture (excellent attendance, trustworthy)
We are looking for someone who is team oriented!
A valid driver’s license is required, along with reliable transportation
Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
Must have a CDL operator’s license
Must be a high school graduate and be at least 18 years of age
